atis is set to open at The Whiteley in Queensway in November 2026 after completing a lease on a 3,539 sq ft unit arranged across two floors.
The opening is planned as the restaurant brand’s 18th London location and will add to a growing food and beverage offer at the restored former Whiteleys department store. The announcement follows atis’s expansion to The Broadway at St James’s Park, which was announced earlier this year.

Founded in 2019 by Eleanor Warder and Phil Honer, atis serves chef-curated salads and plates alongside build-your-own options, protein shakes and smoothies. Its existing London locations include Covent Garden, Notting Hill, Borough Yards, Mayfair, King’s Cross and St James’s Park.

Two-Floor Site Behind The Whiteley Façade
The new restaurant will sit behind The Whiteley’s restored Grade II-listed façade, with direct access from Queensway and outdoor seating planned along the street.
Interior details announced for the site include a curved banquette and a counter clad in recycled Cupsan panels made from discarded coffee cups collected in London. The Whiteley location will also introduce atis’s first wrap range.
The Whiteley is being developed by Valouran with investment partners MARK and C C Land. The wider £1.5 billion restoration includes 139 residences and the UK’s first Six Senses hotel, alongside a commercial mix spanning food and beverage, wellness, leisure and lifestyle.
The commercial line-up includes Third Space, Everyman, 3812 Gallery, Duck & Dry, Adventures in Furniture and Guillam Coffee House, with further openings planned. The development’s evolving tenant mix has also included a series of retail, hospitality and leisure signings at The Whiteley.
Queensway Expansion
The opening forms part of the wider transformation of Queensway, where public realm improvements and new retail, hospitality and leisure operators are being introduced alongside major mixed-use investment.
