The Sloane Stanley Estate has announced that Beef & Bass has opened its first standalone restaurant at 356–360 King’s Road, bringing a new food and drink destination to Chelsea’s expanding dining scene. The 4,512 sq ft venue is the latest culinary venture to debut on the estate and joins an existing mix of hospitality concepts that continue to develop the area’s food culture.

Beef & Bass is a new concept from Alessandro Verdenelli, associated with KX Private Members’ Club, and Daniele Pampagnin. The restaurant is centred around high-quality beef and wild sea bass, presented through an open kitchen and charcoal grill, with the inclusion of a private dining area and a 14-cover speakeasy bar. The interior has been designed to provide an immersive yet relaxed dining atmosphere.

This opening forms part of a broader trend within the estate, with recent additions including The Chelsea Grill, alongside established names such as Claude Bosi’s Josephine, Beaufort House, Bluebird, Alley Cats, and Pizza Pilgrims, reinforcing King’s Road as a central location for dining in West London.

Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, said: “The arrival of Beef & Bass highlights Sloane Stanley’s ongoing ability to attract and support some of London’s most exciting new dining concepts. Its decision to open a debut restaurant here not only enriches the local F&B scene but also reflects the confidence that emerging brands have in using our estate as a launchpad for innovative ideas. We’re thrilled to welcome Beef & Bass and look forward to seeing the restaurant thrive.”

Daniele Pampagnin, Founder of Beef & Bass, added: “Launching Beef & Bass on the King’s Road felt like a natural fit. When opening a debut restaurant, location is everything, and the energy, community, and prestige of the Sloane Stanley Estate make it the perfect home for us. We’re thrilled to bring our vision to life here.”

The opening follows the recent launch of The Chelsea Grill, also located within the Sloane Stanley Estate. Both venues contribute to a growing line-up of restaurant offerings within the area.
