Luxury restaurant brand, Bosporus, has launched its flagship UK restaurant in London’s iconic Leicester Square. The launch sees the Bosporus brand, founded by Global Catering Services in 2010, extend its range of 15 successful and luxurious Turkish food restaurants into the UK.
The delicious menu comprises an unparalleled array of delicious Turkish recipes. Its aim is to deliver true, authentic, high-quality Turkish cuisine, designed to transport you to the streets of Istanbul while seated in the heart of London.

Many traditional Turkish specialities are available, alongside Bosporus signature dishes like Ali Nazik Kebab, which is a delicious smoky aubergine dip mixed with yogurt and topped with minced lamb. Shisha is also on offer, all within the restaurant’s stunning yet comfortable design, inspired by Turkish architecture and culture but with a contemporary twist. The restaurant also features a stunning outdoor terrace, allowing you to enjoy your meal in comfort while watching the hustle and bustle of Leicester Square.
Bosporus is already renowned throughout the UAE, running for over seven years and with acclaimed restaurants in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Egypt. The Leicester Square launch sees the brand’s first foray into the UK, with further openings planned over the coming months.
Global Hospitality Director, Rabih Daher, said: “We’re excited to bring a slice of Turkey to London’s West End. Bosporus offers mouth-watering food, with outstanding service and a lively dining experience. After seven successful years in the UAE, we can’t wait to deliver an outstanding experience to the people of the UK.”
