The Pop-Up Hotel, long established as a premium accommodation option during Glastonbury Festival, is expanding its Formula 1 hospitality offer in 2026 with a trackside swimming pool at the British Grand Prix and a new Riviera-based concept for the Monaco Grand Prix.

The brand’s approach combines culture-led hospitality with direct access to the race weekend environment. At Silverstone, The Pop-Up Hotel will once again create a temporary village within the circuit, while its Monaco concept pairs accommodation in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat with access to the Monaco Grand Prix. The model is intended to place guests close to the action while also offering a more considered weekend stay tied to the wider world of Formula 1.

A Trackside Pool for Silverstone

At Silverstone, The Pop-Up Hotel returns with a swimming pool overlooking the track, complete with a swim-up bar. Positioned close to the paddock, the temporary village will also include restaurants, bars and live programming across the race weekend. The addition of the pool reflects the growing role of hospitality and wider cultural programming within Formula 1 events.

The 2025 debut welcomed guests including Lando Norris, Isack Hadjar and Jenson Button. For 2026, Formula 1 World Champion Nigel Mansell is set to stay on site across the weekend, alongside guests from sport, media and entertainment.

“The Pop-Up Hotel is bringing something genuinely different to Silverstone, and I’m really looking forward to staying there this year. To have that level of comfort and hospitality right inside the circuit, with great food, a relaxed atmosphere and everything taken care of, makes a huge difference across a race weekend. It allows you to enjoy the event in a completely different way.”

Nigel Mansell, Formula 1 World Champion

Programming at Silverstone will include a series of curated talks and live sessions across the weekend.

  • A live podcast from The Fast and The Curious with Greg James, Betty Glover and Christian Hewgill, featuring special guests from the paddock
  • Moments That Made a Champion, an up-close conversation with Nigel Mansell
  • Racing Through Time, with Nigel Mansell and Johnny Herbert, exploring Formula 1’s evolution
  • The Art of Speed, featuring motorsport artists Paul Oz, Manu Campa, Mike O’Connor and Peaceful Research

Rooms start from £475 per person per night.

Monaco Reimagined

For Monaco, The Pop-Up Hotel is introducing a new hospitality format centred on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Guests will stay in luxury villas and apartments and travel to the circuit by private catamaran tender, arriving at an exclusive trackside yacht.

Hosted by a former Formula 1 driver, the Monaco programme will also include curated dining and post-race programming. Prices start from £9,995 per person.

A Broader Shift in F1 Hospitality

The launch reflects the way Formula 1 continues to broaden its appeal across entertainment, fashion and lifestyle, with hospitality offers increasingly positioned as immersive, experience-led environments rather than accommodation alone.

From its established Glastonbury base to its Silverstone and Monaco race weekend concepts, The Pop-Up Hotel is applying that model to motorsport through temporary, event-led settings shaped around access, comfort and programming.

“Our concept has always been about creating something people can’t access anywhere else. Formula 1 is evolving rapidly, and we see a huge opportunity to contribute to that shift. What we’re building at Silverstone and Monaco isn’t just somewhere to stay, it’s a fully immersive experience and we can’t wait to welcome guests to both events.”
