Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos – MGallery Collection has opened in Mykonos, adding a 35-room property to MGallery Collection’s growing presence in Greece.

Part of the Accor Group, MGallery Hotel Collection is positioning the hotel as a more intimate island retreat, with a private beach, spa facilities and a location between two contrasting Mykonos coastlines.

Set between Ornos and Korfos, Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos sits close to Mykonos Town while maintaining a quieter rhythm. Ornos is known for sheltered waters suited to swimming, while Korfos is shaped by wind, open views and a more active coastal character. This contrast informs the guest experience at the hotel, which is centred on privacy, light and retreat.

“The launch of Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos – MGallery Collection is a significant milestone for us, not just in expanding our footprint in Greece, but in deepening our commitment to authentic, story-led hospitality. This property perfectly embodies MGallery Collection’s ethos of celebrating the unique character of its destination, and we are incredibly proud to partner with the Daktylides family, who have seamlessly blended heritage and heartfelt passion for more than 45 years. Their profound understanding of Mykonian culture and dedication to exceptional service is invaluable, ensuring Kove Mykonos offers a truly immersive and heartfelt experience.”

A Myconian Legacy

Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos forms part of the Daktylides family’s long-standing presence on the island. The family’s hospitality journey began in 1979 with a modest bed and breakfast founded by George and Elefteria Daktylides.

Over the following decades, the family has helped shape Mykonos as an international destination, developing a hotel portfolio that balances scale with a strong sense of identity. The new generation continues to build on that legacy, combining local knowledge with a forward-looking approach to hospitality.

“Kove reflects a more personal way of experiencing Mykonos, one that is quieter, more intuitive, and closely connected to the island itself. Joining MGallery Collection allows us to share that perspective more widely, while preserving the character and sense of place that have always defined what we do.”

Rooms, Dining And Wellbeing

The hotel’s 35 rooms and suites have been designed with a residential sensibility and cater to different styles of travel. More compact rooms follow a minimalist approach for guests moving between the sea, pool and island, while larger suites extend onto terraces with private Jacuzzis or plunge pools.

The property is aimed at an international clientele, including cosmopolitan travellers, luxury seekers, beach visitors, couples, honeymooners and families with adolescents. Its layout is designed to support both privacy and shared moments, allowing for quieter escapes as well as more social stays.

Dining at the hotel is led by seasonality and local sourcing. At eNa at Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos, the signature restaurant, menus are shaped by daily availability, with a simple approach often centred on fresh catch and ingredients from the surrounding region. The rooftop terrace overlooks both Ornos and Korfos and is positioned as a gathering point throughout the day, particularly at sunset.

Wellbeing is centred on the Cave Spa, a secluded, stone-carved environment designed for stillness and restoration. Treatments draw on natural elements and traditional techniques, supported by outdoor spaces for yoga and meditation.

First Light Of Delos

As part of MGallery Collection’s wider guest experience approach, each hotel offers a signature M Moment, described by the brand as a meaningful and memorable experience intended to spark curiosity.

At Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos, guests are invited on a private dawn passage to Delos, the sacred birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. Departing from the nearby dock, the experience includes a boat journey across the Aegean, followed by a private historian-led visit to the island’s ruins before the first visitors arrive.

As sunrise reaches the Terrace of the Lions, guests are served a Cycladic breakfast by the sea, including fresh bread, island honey, seasonal fruits and local delicacies. The experience brings together mythology, history and the quiet of the Aegean.

MGallery’s Expansion In Greece

Guests staying with MGallery have access to ALL Accor, the group’s booking platform and loyalty programme offering rewards, services and experiences during and beyond each stay. Opening rates start from EUR 272 per room, per night, with bookings available at all.com.

MGallery Collection now includes more than 125 boutique hotels worldwide and is continuing selective expansion in Greece. Its existing presence includes Athens Capital Hotel – MGallery Collection, NIKO Seaside Resort Crete – MGallery Hotel Collection and Athens Capital Suites – MGallery Collection.

The future opening of Nírema Hotel & Spa Samos – MGallery Collection, together with Kove Hotel & Spa Mykonos – MGallery Collection, extends the brand’s footprint beyond Athens and further into the Greek islands. A further four hotels are in the pipeline, including locations in Chania and the wider Athens region.
