Chris Jukes, Director of Liverpool ONE at Grosvenor, commented on the positive impact of these new stores, highlighting the strategic asset management and anticipation of consumer trends.

Gravity occupies the top two floors of the former Debenhams, with Gravity MAX representing its largest investment and flagship store. Michael Harrison, co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Gravity, shared his enthusiasm for the flagship’s performance and the bold approach encouraged by Grosvenor.

M&S, in its new location at Liverpool ONE, offers a fresh market-style Foodhall and new departments over 70,000 sq ft. The flagship store represents a significant move from its previous city centre spot.

2023 has been a year of expansion for Liverpool ONE, with 25 new brands including Gravity MAX and M&S, and several renewals. The centre has become home to Goldsmiths’ largest showroom, regional flagships for Swarovski and BOSS, and Liverpool’s first dedicated esports venue, leveltap.

Liverpool ONE also hosted seven pop-ups, including notable firsts outside of London for On Running and Lounge, as well as ARNE, Sook, and a Eurovision-themed pop-up coinciding with the city’s hosting of the international song contest.
