A new neighbourhood restaurant is set to open on Tuesday 18 November. Chelsea Grill, located on King’s Road within the Sloane Stanley Estate, promises a dining experience built around fire, smoke and top quality ingredients.
The menu at Chelsea Grill is simple and designed for sharing, with a central focus on a bespoke grill. Headed by Anton Vasilyev, formerly Executive Chef at Basque restaurant Sugaar in Paris, the kitchen team sources premium cuts from across the UK and Europe, all butchered and aged in house to ensure the highest standard. Alongside the meat offering, day boat fish and seafood are grilled to order, bringing seasonal freshness to the plate.

Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, commented, “The Chelsea Grill reflects Sloane Stanley’s continued focus on securing and working with some of London’s most exciting dining concepts. This opening will enhance the local culinary landscape, underscoring our commitment to creating a vibrant hub of pioneering, high quality F and B operators within one of Chelsea’s most iconic destinations.”
The menu also features dry aged fish and vegetables ash cooked overnight, while poultry is carefully prepared in a manual rotisserie. Poussin is brined overnight and air dried before being cooked over fire. To finish, guests can enjoy a homemade cherry pie, with all pastry made in house by sous chef Tyler Jennifer.

Drinks are given equal attention. The wine list includes bold reds to match the grilled meats, crisp whites for seafood, and a selection of old world surprises. The cocktail menu brings classic recipes with seasonal updates. Bar Manager Mickey Robinson highlights the Green Apple Gimlet, made with fresh Granny Smith apples, as a personal favourite.
Chelsea Grill opens for dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday, with plans for weekend lunches to follow. The restaurant aims to become a local favourite by blending simplicity with technique and a focus on premium, responsibly sourced ingredients.
