Miiro, a newly established lifestyle hotel brand, is poised to make its mark in the hospitality industry with the introduction of a distinctive collection of hotels. These establishments, each with their own unique design, are set to open in the bustling hearts of several major European cities. The anticipated launch dates are set for summer 2024 in Paris and Barcelona, followed by London and Vienna in 2025.

The essence of Miiro is captured in its name, which stems from the Latin word ‘miro’, translating to ‘I wonder’. This ethos is further symbolized by the brand’s use of double vowels, signifying reflection. Miiro’s philosophy is centred around encouraging guests to engage in moments of pause and reflection, embracing the environments of their travels. Each hotel is intricately woven into the fabric of its respective neighbourhood, reflecting the area’s vibrant personality and establishing a deep connection with the local community.

Miiro will launch in Paris, Barcelona, London, and Vienna

The first in this series of hotels is Le Grand Hôtel Cayré in Paris, slated to open in the summer of 2024. This hotel marks the transformation of the historic Hôtel Cayré, a residence once favoured by a cadre of Parisian artists, writers, and intellectuals. Nestled in the charming Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, Le Grand Hôtel Cayré’s design pays homage to the creative spirit of the nearby boulevards and avenues. The hotel is set to offer 123 rooms and suites, a classic French brasserie, and an exclusive bar, anticipated to become popular among both guests and locals. Situated conveniently, the hotel allows easy access to a myriad of galleries, boutiques, and bistros. Room rates at Le Grand Hôtel Cayré are expected to start from €360 / £312 per night.

Located in the historic artisan quarter of El Born, Borneta is designed to blend seamlessly into this charismatic neighbourhood. The hotel features 92 rooms, an atmospheric restaurant with an open-plan kitchen, a cocktail bar, and a rooftop terrace offering panoramic views of downtown Barcelona. Guests staying at Borneta will have the opportunity to explore the rich heritage of Ciutat Vella, including its winding streets, Gothic churches, and authentic bars and restaurants. Room rates at Borneta are set to start from €300 / £260 per night.

Early 2025 will witness the opening of Templeton Garden in London. This 156-room hotel, situated in the verdant area of Earl’s Court in West London, promises an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Templeton Garden will feature a café-meets-deli, a restaurant, a bar, and a standout garden. The location is ideal for those wishing to explore some of London’s most renowned museums and attractions, including the V&A and Natural History Museum, as well as Kensington Palace and The Thames riverside.
