Liverpool ONE is set to enhance its already vibrant culinary scene with the introduction of three new food and beverage concepts to Chavasse Park and Wall Street. Among the new entrants is Bagel Factory, marking its first foray into Liverpool with a dedicated kiosk on Wall Street. Scheduled to open in April, Bagel Factory is renowned for its focus on high-quality ingredients and offers a varied menu including savoury, sweet, gluten-free, and vegan bagels.

In addition to Bagel Factory, Liverpool ONE will see the return of The Bus Yard to Chavasse Park. This unique venture involves a vintage Bedford Truck converted into a bar, set to operate from the end of March through August. The Bus Yard is designed to be a prime social spot, complete with an extensive cocktail menu and an environment perfect for outdoor gatherings, featuring deck chairs, cushions, and picnic blankets. It will also host acoustic music sessions, adding a lively cultural element to its food and drink offerings.

The Liverpool-based street food vendor, Big Kahuna, will also join the mix, bringing its Thai cuisine to Wall Street. This inclusion further diversifies the gastronomic landscape of Liverpool ONE, adding a taste of Thailand to its broad array of international cuisines.

Antonio Ghirarduzzi, Managing Director at Bagel Factory, shared his excitement about entering the Liverpool market. “We are really looking forward to launching Bagel Factory in Liverpool for the first time, bringing our bagels to a city full of on-the-go movement, where we truly feel the demand for us will be strong.
