Vonder, the global co-living brand, has announced that it will launch a new branch of its evolved co-living concept, presenting two community-driven hotels in Earls Court and Paddington, with the former due to launch in May and the latter in July. The project is an additional venture to the Vonder residential sites already situated in key areas across London.
Both hotels will provide an alternative option for extended stays at affordable prices in the capital. The concept has been created to offer a social hotel experience for guests looking to stay for both short and long-term periods, whilst enjoying the benefits of being part of the global Vonder community, whether they travel for business, studying or leisure. Overall, the two hotels will offer 95 vibrant rooms between each of the four buildings and will accommodate stays for one to four people.
Vonder Earls Court will span across three buildings including no. 27-28 Philbeach Gardens which will host 38 rooms and a communal café for guests to work and socialise. The second building is located at 109 Warwick Road with 19 rooms and a gym, with 60 Warwick Road completing Earls Court hotel offering 16 rooms and a private communal garden. The garden will host community events in line with the Covid guidelines. These events will include wellness sessions, such as yoga, fitness and meditation, as well as music concerts and open-air parties and cinema nights. In addition, Vonder Paddington will be located at 14 Devonshire Terrace, hosting 22 rooms. Both locations provide great proximity and transport links into the heart of central London within 10 mins via tube, rail or bus.
Tailored to modern and colourful designs, all Vonder hotel rooms will have their own bathrooms, kitchenettes, TVs and access to highspeed WIFI. Similar to Vonder’s other co-living projects across global cities, guests will have access to all hotel amenities located less than 20 minutes away between each of the buildings. Aimed at city-explorers, digital nomads and travelling professionals, Vonder Earls Court and Vonder Paddington will offer the ideal solution to live, work and play for an extended period of time in the capital.
Communal areas within the hotels were designed by the upcoming British artist Jenny Beard, who was invited to create bright and bold murals across all buildings. Each building has its own theme based on the unique hotel language and design and Vonder’s core values. In addition, Vonder has partnered with the wellness brand Rituals, to provide each guest with luxury toiletries to enjoy.

Vonder Earls Court will be available to book from May onwards, followed by Vonder Paddington, which is due to complete later in July. Both hotels will be available for guests to book in line with government restrictions. The new line of hotels will complement and strengthen the growth of Vonder’s global co-living brand of over 30 locations across London, Berlin and Dublin, with Dubai and the US coming soon.
