Hell’s Kitchen season 17 winner Michelle Tribble will join the brigade at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen London for a one-night dinner service at The Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch on Saturday 17 October.
The event will centre on a three-course menu developed from a single mystery ingredient. Tribble will spend the weekend working with the London kitchen team to develop, test and prepare the dishes before joining the brigade for the Saturday evening service.
One Ingredient Across Three Courses
The challenge will require Tribble and the restaurant team to use the same hero ingredient in three different courses. The development process, from initial ideas through testing and preparation, is expected to be shared through behind-the-scenes social content ahead of the dinner.

Tribble won season 17 of Hell’s Kitchen, the programme’s first All-Stars series, before taking up a head chef role at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
On Saturday evening, Tribble will move from menu development into live service, working alongside the London brigade as the three-course menu is served to guests.
“Stepping back into Hell’s Kitchen is always going to bring the pressure, but being handed one mystery ingredient and having to turn it into three courses is a whole different challenge! I’m excited to work with the London brigade to see how far we can push one ingredient, but the real test is always going to be service. I can’t wait for guests to taste what we create!”.

“We wanted to create an experience that goes beyond the restaurant itself and gives fans a genuine taste of what happens behind the scenes in a Hell’s Kitchen. Having Michelle join us for this challenge is a brilliant way to do exactly that and further turn up the heat here in London.”
