Dough Hands has opened a permanent residency at All My Friends in Hackney Wick, bringing 20-inch pizzas and slices to the East London venue.

Founded by chef Hannah Drye, who has been making pizza since 2020, Dough Hands has developed a menu centred on crisp, light pizza bases and combinations of toppings. The new residency follows its operation at The Spurstowe Arms and its previous residency at Old Nun’s Head.

At All My Friends, Dough Hands has taken over the kitchen in the Shipping Container, serving pizzas across the venue’s 240-cover space. Pizzas are available whole or by the slice, with the format intended to allow customers to share and try different menu options.

The Menu

Dough Hands’ pizza dough is made using regenerative flour from Shipton Mill and Wildfarmed, forming the base for both established options and additions developed for the Hackney Wick residency.

Alongside Cheese Pie and Pepperoni Pie, menu highlights include:

  • Tomato Pie, Anchovy, Stracciatella & Green Sauce
  • Garlic Sausage & Pistachio Pesto
  • Lamiri Harissa Aubergine & Salted Ricotta
  • Coppa, Pineapple & House Guindilla
  • Tequila Sauce & Sausage

“we’re very excited to step into the slice game, it also gives us a chance to expand the menu which means working on throwing some fun new toppings together. I also love All My Friends as a venue, I’ve had some really fun nights there, and it’s an unreal summer spot which is perfect timing!”
