Hyatt Regency London Olympia is slated to open in spring 2026 as part of the major redevelopment of Olympia London, a transformation that will remake the site into a cultural, entertainment, business and hospitality district.
The hotel will occupy Emberton House, formerly one of Europe’s largest five storey car parks, and will retain design touches that nod to the building’s multi storey heritage. It will offer 204 rooms and suites, designed to combine comfort, modern amenities and the calm retreat that guests may seek in busy London.

On site food and beverage provisions will include a Lounge Café and Bar in the lobby, serving light bites, coffee and cocktails, and a Hotel Market at the entrance for grab and go options. More substantial social and dining experiences will be available via the adjacent Pillar Hall, a restored historic hall that forms part of the redevelopment. Guests at the hotel will have priority access to Pillar Hall’s offerings, including a ground floor restaurant, a basement speakeasy bar and a first floor events venue.

Beyond accommodation and dining, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will feature a fitness centre and three interconnecting meeting spaces, designed to support both leisure and business travel.
The hotel forms a major component of Olympia’s £1.3 billion regeneration. Alongside Hyatt Regency, the site’s redevelopment will deliver new theatres, a live music venue, more than 30 restaurants and bars, office space, retail, public realm improvements and more, creating a landmark new cultural and entertainment district in West London.

By combining restored heritage architecture, contemporary comfort and integration with a broader curated environment for culture, events and leisure, Hyatt Regency London Olympia aims to offer a setting where business and leisure converge for visitors seeking access to London’s West End vibrancy as well as tranquillity.
