Pan Pacific London has retained its Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star status for the fifth consecutive year, marking a notable milestone ahead of its fifth anniversary in September 2026. Located two minutes from Liverpool Street Station, the luxury hotel has held the rating since opening in September 2021.

Pan Pacific London is included in the latest Star Awards list published by Forbes Travel Guide, which describes itself as the only global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas. The 2026 recognition forms part of the organisation’s 68th annual awards, covering more than 95 countries.

Singaporean Hospitality in the City

Since launching in September 2021, the hotel has positioned itself as bringing a Singaporean sensibility to the capital, combining Singaporean-inspired style with Asian codes of hospitality. The property comprises 237 rooms, including 42 suites, alongside a range of dining venues and the SENSORY Spa & Wellbeing Floor.

Over the past five years, the hotel reports that it has curated a programme of guest experiences designed to encourage repeat visits, serving both returning guests and first-time visitors. As it approaches its fifth anniversary, the team is preparing a series of experiences to mark the occasion in September, reflecting what it describes as its understated approach to luxury and hospitality.

“Being awarded a Forbes Five Star is always a real “pinch me” moment for every member of our team and feels extra special in 2026 as this is our 5th consecutive 5-star award within 5 years of our opening in September 2021. It is deeply rewarding to reflect on our incredible journey, and to celebrate the kindness and passion of every member of our Pan Pacific London family. Their unwavering commitment to exceptional guest service continues to inspire and delight our guests. I am so proud and grateful that their warm welcome and gracious hospitality has been recognised yet again by Forbes Travel Guide.”
