Hunters Quay Holiday Village in Dunoon, Scotland, has added a brand new Papa Johns as part of a multi-million pound investment in the award-winning park’s facilities.   Part of Argyll Holidays Group, owned by Cove UK, Hunters Quay Holiday Village has a full range of facilities and activities for all the family and is open all year round.  The new Papa Johns has created more than 20 new jobs at the resort.

Chris King, Head of Development, Cove UK, confirms: “Over the winter, we have been working to complete a huge upgrade to enhance the fabulous facilities at Hunters Quay. This includes a new accommodation village in Cammas Woods,  associated parking, together with road and services infrastructure.  We’ve created a brand new Hunters Arena which is a modern entertainment venue with bar and a state of the art stage, complete with sound and light tech, including a large green screen / video wall and theatrical rig; in order to produce and deliver the best of entertainment productions through visiting acts and resident team.

“A new family entertainment centre includes an arcade and sports bar, while the restaurant development now has extended terraced dining.  A new adventure golf course, internal kids activity centre, including galleon ship, a castle plus soft play areas and belay climbing walls means there is something for everyone!”

The new Papa Johns is situated right by the main entrance and is now open ready for the main season.  Chris King continues: “Owners and holidaymakers can fill their days with fun, taking advantage of all the park has to offer and will now also be able to share and enjoy the treat of fresh Papa Johns pizza, to really make the most of their stay.”

Hunters Quay has a great association with the local community who are able to access facilities for day visits.  “Local residents will also now also be able to order a takeaway Papa Johns pizza when they visit.” adds Chris King.

The pizza outlet is one of the first in the UK to be designed with Papa Johns new branding and layout.  “The refreshed look highlights the Papa Johns “premium ingredients,” through an assortment of colors, surfaces, and texture materials to create a welcoming, modern space to assure a best-in-class experience,” confirms Amit Pancholi, UK director of business development at Papa Johns.  “We are proud Papa Johns can now help deliver the ultimate holiday experience for guests staying at the amazing facilities at Hunters Quay Holiday Village.”
