Responding to widespread demand, the beloved delivery brand Bangers is set to open its inaugural breakfast bar in Shoreditch on 19th April. Renowned for their innovative breakfast options, Bangers will introduce their signature smashed sausage® sandwiches, alongside an array of breakfast favourites including Bloody Marys and Allpress coffee, complemented by breakfast tunes in their first brick-and-mortar location.
The launch promises a comprehensive breakfast menu featuring fan favourites and new creations alike, all crafted from premium ingredients. The menu’s star attraction, the breakfast sandwich lineup, will showcase the ORIGINAL, a delectable combination of smashed free-range pork sausage, a fried Clarence Court egg, melted Red Leicester cheese, and a selection of homemade sauces. Additional highlights include the B.E.C, loaded with free-range maple bacon, and the VEGGIE option, containing a Symplicity smashed plant-based sausage. Patrons will have the choice of a freshly baked brioche bun or a toasted English Muffin to complete their meal.
Beyond sandwiches, Bangers is set to elevate the breakfast experience with an array of sides including crispy hash browns, homemade baked beans, and specialty pots such as Banger & Beans and buttery scrambled Egg Pots. The menu will also introduce new items like ultimate breakfast smoothies, seasonal yoghurt pots, and vegan-friendly overnight oats, all accompanied by homemade sauces crafted from scratch.
Sustainability is a key focus for Bangers, who pride themselves on partnering with select suppliers to ensure the highest quality and traceability of their ingredients. This commitment is underscored by collaborations with esteemed free-range & organic butchers Lidgates, Spence Bakery for freshly baked bread, and Clarence Court for fresh eggs, ensuring a premium dining experience.
Additionally, Bangers will feature a breakfast deli within the store, offering a selection of homemade products and essentials for customers to enjoy at home, including the famed Bangers beans, homemade sauces, and award-winning free-range maple bacon.
