AMAALA’s first major resort openings are bringing a concentration of international hotel brands to Saudi Arabia’s north-western Red Sea coast. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA opened on 15 June 2026, while Six Senses AMAALA is scheduled to welcome its first guests in mid-July.
Developed by Red Sea Global at Triple Bay, AMAALA brings accommodation, branded residences, wellbeing facilities and outdoor experiences together across a coastal landscape of bays, mangroves, mountains and shoreline.

Jayasom AMAALA, Rosewood AMAALA, Nammos Resort AMAALA and Equinox Resort AMAALA are expected to follow as the destination continues its phased opening during 2026. Together, the properties place wellness, fitness, dining and nature-led activities at the centre of AMAALA’s guest offer.
Six Senses AMAALA
Opening mid-July 2026
Set among Triple Bay’s coves, mangroves and coastal landscape, Six Senses AMAALA takes its architectural cues from traditional Saudi coastal villages.
The resort has 100 suites and villas overlooking the surrounding water and landscape, alongside 25 branded residences.
Its wellness offer centres on the Six Senses Spa and Longevity Centre, which provides personalised programmes alongside biohacking treatments, thermal facilities, sound-based therapies, yoga and holistic treatments.
Dining follows the brand’s Eat With Six Senses philosophy. The planned venues include Joud Restaurant, Soraya Restaurant and Beach Shack Restaurant, supported by bakery and coffee concepts.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA
Opened 15 June 2026
Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA was the first resort to begin operating at the destination.
Positioned between the Hijaz Mountains and Hijaz Cove, the property has 202 guest rooms, suites and villas, as well as 26 branded private residences. Accommodation has been arranged to make use of the surrounding coastal and mountain views.
The Hyliaa Wellness & Spa forms a central part of the resort, offering personalised fitness and wellbeing programmes. The wider property also includes six dining venues, pools, beach access and facilities for younger guests.

Jayasom AMAALA
Expected to open during 2026
Jayasom AMAALA will bring the operator’s integrated wellbeing model to the Red Sea destination, with programmes shaped around individual health and lifestyle objectives.
The proposed guest offer includes tailored fitness and sleep programmes, alongside wellbeing treatments and activities intended to support longer stays.
Arts and cultural workshops drawing on Saudi heritage, farming traditions and natural healing practices are also planned, giving the resort’s health-focused programme a closer connection to its location.

Rosewood AMAALA
Expected to open during 2026
Rosewood AMAALA is planned as a secluded coastal retreat centred on wellbeing, nature and a connection to its surroundings.
The resort will have 110 guest rooms and suites alongside 26 branded residences. Guests will be able to reach the property by private electric vehicle or by boat through the marina.
At Asaya, the Arabian Apothecary will allow guests to create individual blends using regional botanical oils and herbs. Other planned activities include guided breathwork, sound baths and the daily Sukūn Hour, which is intended as a period for quiet reflection.

Nammos Resort AMAALA
Expected to open during 2026
Nammos Resort AMAALA will be the hospitality brand’s first hotel outside Greece, bringing elements of its Mykonos identity to the Saudi Red Sea coast.
The property will have 110 guest rooms and suites, including private bungalows and a cliff villa. Its accommodation and public areas have been designed to connect indoor and outdoor spaces.
The current dining line-up includes Nammos Restaurant, Ilios Restaurant and Ilios Lounge. The property will also include wellness facilities and a children’s club.
Guests will have access to AMAALA’s wider leisure facilities and attractions, including golf, the Corallium marine institute and equestrian activities.
Equinox Resort AMAALA
Expected to open during 2026
Equinox Resort AMAALA will be the brand’s first destination resort, extending its performance-led approach to fitness, recovery and sleep beyond its urban hotel format.
The adults-only property is planned with 128 accommodation keys in total, including two penthouses, as well as 21 branded residences.
Training facilities, spa and recovery spaces and personalised fitness programmes will form the central guest offer. Dining will focus on seasonal ingredients, with nutrition positioned as part of the wider health and longevity programme.

What the Opening Wave Adds
Four Seasons is already receiving guests, with Six Senses due to follow in mid-July. The later openings will broaden AMAALA’s accommodation from family and lifestyle resorts to dedicated fitness and integrated wellbeing properties.
For travellers planning a wider Saudi itinerary, AMAALA could also be combined with time in AlUla, Riyadh or Jeddah, adding a coastal stay to a journey through the country.
As the destination is opening in stages, individual hotel dates, available facilities and transport arrangements should be confirmed before travel.
