Eurofund Group, a global real estate investment and development firm, has revealed plans to bring King Pins bowling to Silverburn in Glasgow.

This new leisure addition, along with a recently secured space for premium electric vehicle brand Polestar and a new café, marks the completion of the transformation of more than 31,000 square feet into new leisure and food & beverage (F&B) spaces. This move aims to enrich the retail destination’s diverse offerings.

The latest agreement signifies Silverburn’s ongoing efforts to expand its leisure and F&B options, complementing the recent additions of international brands like The Real Greek, Rituals, and The White Company.

King Pins will occupy a space that allows for a reconfigured entrance with direct access. The remaining area of the former Argos unit will house Polestar’s new retail outlet and another in-line unit. King Pins Silverburn is set to be the brand’s largest venue in Scotland, featuring state-of-the-art bowling facilities and on-site F&B options.

Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK Retail at Eurofund Group, stated, “The redevelopment marks an important step in our journey to provide an exceptional shopping and leisure experience for our visitors.” Alex Coffey, UK Commercial Director at Eurofund Group, added, “We are delighted to add King Pins to our brand roster at Silverburn and cement the centre’s status as an integrated, premium destination.”
