The Ivy Bournemouth Brasserie will offer an all-day dining experience, with options ranging from early morning breakfasts to late-night cocktails. Designed to accommodate up to 208 guests, the restaurant will feature an inviting space perfect for casual dining or celebrating special occasions. In addition to the main dining room, the brasserie will boast an outdoor terrace seating 50, offering the perfect spot to soak in the British sunshine or enjoy festive gatherings.

Diners can enjoy classic British fare such as Shepherd’s Pie and Blackened Cod, alongside more adventurous options like Artichoke and Sweet Potato Tagine. The drinks menu will include expertly crafted cocktails, a selection of fine wines, and Champagne, ensuring there’s something to complement every meal.

Head Chef Romuald Richomme, leading the kitchen, will work closely with General Manager Barnaby Harris-Reid, who joins from The Ivy Chichester. Together, they will ensure that The Ivy Bournemouth upholds the brand’s renowned standards for both food and service.
