Vocalé Mayfair is set to launch at Ristorante Frescobaldi on 16 May 2026, introducing an immersive dining format in which performers are embedded within the restaurant service.

The concept turns a traditional restaurant setting into a live musical experience. Guests arrive for dinner, but as the evening progresses, chefs, waiters and hosts begin to reveal themselves as performers, breaking into live song and drawing the room into the performance.

Guided by the tagline “Be The Chorus,” Vocalé Mayfair has been designed to move guests beyond passive observation. As the performance builds, diners are encouraged to sing, clap and dance along, with the restaurant becoming part of the show.

There is no fixed stage. Performers move through the space alongside a live band and professional vocalists, with each table forming part of the performance. The format is intended to blur the distinction between audience and performer as the meal progresses.

Set within the Mayfair Italian restaurant, Ristorante Frescobaldi, the concept will combine Tuscan-inspired dining with a live performance programme. The soundtrack will include singalong classics, musical theatre favourites and global party anthems, delivered with live arrangements and audience interaction.

“We wanted to create something where guests don’t just watch, they feel compelled to join in,” says Founder Çağlar Kural. “It starts as dinner, but very quickly becomes something else entirely. By the end, the whole room is singing together.”

Weekend Dining Formats

Vocalé Mayfair will run every weekend with two formats, both led by a live band and professional vocalists. Each format will carry the same high-energy and playful atmosphere, adapted to the time of day.

The Brunch Experience will begin at 13:00 every Saturday and Sunday. The interactive lunch format will feature a repertoire curated for all ages, blending well-known classics and feel-good favourites. Tickets are priced at £60 for adults and £38 for children, including three courses and tea or coffee, with child-friendly options such as pizza, pasta and roasted chicken.

The evening format, Vocalé Mayfair: The Party, will begin at 20:00 every Saturday. The experience will develop into a more celebratory atmosphere, with full-room singalongs, audience participation and a four-course menu. Tickets are priced at £95, with dishes including Aubergine Parmigiana, Courgette Arancini, Braised Beef Cheek, Rigatoni with Black Truffle and Pistachio Tiramisu. Bar seating will also be available for guests who want to attend the show without the full dining experience.

Created by a team with international experience across hospitality and live entertainment, Vocalé Mayfair brings together food, music and performance in a single restaurant format.

Vocalé Mayfair takes place at Ristorante Frescobaldi, 15 New Burlington Place, London W1S 2HX, with bookings available through the Vocalé Mayfair website.
