Sovereign Centros from CBRE has announced the opening of a new Wingstop UK outlet at Merry Hill. The restaurant has unveiled a 2,650 sq ft space on the upper mall, introducing a range of delicious offerings including wings, tenders, burgers, and its newly launched Voodoo fries. Patrons can also enjoy brand-new milkshakes, Freestyle fizzy drinks, Camden Town Beer, and a selection of churros for dessert.

This opening marks the 45th Wingstop UK location, continuing the brand’s expansion across the UK. The new site can accommodate 70 diners and features a sleek, modern design with dark walls and furnishings, highlighted by Wingstop UK’s signature green accents.

Merry Hill’s leisure quarter, where Wingstop UK has set its roots, hosts a variety of dining and entertainment venues. The restaurant joins the likes of anchor tenant Hollywood Bowl, and popular eateries such as wagamama, ASK Italian, and the upcoming smash burger concept, Boo, which is set to open later this year.

Alistair Winning, Asset Manager at Sovereign Centros from CBRE, expressed his enthusiasm about the development: “Merry Hill’s new hub for eating and entertainment has come together brilliantly, and the launch of Wingstop UK marks another significant milestone in delivering this. It was part of a long-term strategy to evolve the destination, introducing more F&B and leisure, creating more of an all-day environment for our large catchment of young families. Wingstop UK will no doubt thrive amongst the complementary selection of leading F&B operators in the leisure quarter, as well as the wider destination.”

Tom Grogan, Co-Founder of Lemon Pepper Holdings, the master franchisee for Wingstop UK, also shared his excitement: “We’re so excited to have opened at Merry Hill, continuing our rapid UK expansion journey. Since bringing Wingstop to the UK in 2018, our mission has always been to serve the world flavour and we are hugely excited to introduce our unique flavour experience to the Merry Hill community.”

The addition of Wingstop is part of a broader introduction of new dining experiences at Merry Hill, with the upcoming opening of Boo further enhancing the area’s appeal as a premier destination for both shopping and dining.
