Ben & Jerry’s has opened its first UK mall kiosk concept at Merry Hill, marking a new format for the ice cream brand within a mid-mall retail environment.

The 270 sq ft kiosk is located close to the recently renovated M&S store, between Pandora and Beaverbrooks. It is the first Ben & Jerry’s kiosk of its kind in the UK, with the brand having had no previous mid-mall presence.

The kiosk offers a selection of Ben & Jerry’s ice creams made with natural ingredients, including its established flavour range, cookie dough chunks, loaded desserts and shakes.

The opening follows a series of food and beverage additions at Merry Hill during 2025, including Burger & Sauce, Heavenly Desserts and Toledo Lounge within the centre’s leisure quarter. The arrival of Ben & Jerry’s adds to the destination’s existing food and beverage offer under Redical ownership.

The opening follows Redical’s acquisition of Merry Hill last month. The real estate owner-operator and investment manager has stated its commitment to further developing the customer experience at the destination.
