Food & Drink Expo
Food & Drink Expo returns to the NEC in Birmingham from 12 to 14 April 2027 as part of The UK Food & Drink Shows, alongside the Farm Shop & Deli Show, the National Convenience Show, the Forecourt Show and Foodex Manufacturing Solutions. Together the shows bring more than 1,500 exhibitors under one roof.
It is a trade event where buyers from retail, wholesale, foodservice, manufacturing and hospitality meet suppliers to find new products. A Future Foods area focuses on health-led innovation, with products built around wellness, functionality and sustainability.
For HAL readers, it is an early look at the products heading for menus, farm shops and supermarket shelves. The show is open from 10am to 5pm on 12 and 13 April and closes at 4pm on 14 April. Under-18s are not admitted.
