Hospitality Tech Expo takes place at Olympia London on 28 and 29 September 2027. It brings together more than 500 technology suppliers and over 200 seminars for people who run hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs and leisure venues.
The technology on show covers the whole customer journey, including bookings, ordering and payments, kitchen systems, staffing and guest data.
For HAL readers, it is a good guide to how eating out and hotel stays are likely to change over the next few years. The event is for people working in hospitality.
