P-THREE, the specialist real estate agency and consultancy has announced they have launched their retained client Rosa’s Thai into Scotland with new locations in Glasgow and Edinburgh alongside having now grown to 37 locations across the UK.
First of the new openings is Glasgow, located at 41-43 West Nile Street in the city centre which totals 2,109 sq ft at ground floor and 2,205 sq ft at basement and is located in a prime location in the central business district, close to other well-established F&B brands.
Following soon after will be a flagship location in Edinburgh, located at 43 Frederick Street in the New Town. The site totals 4,001 sq ft and also includes a large external terrace area for external seating, a rare feature in Edinburgh.
Rosa’s is where Thai flavours, Thai cooking and Thai vibes come together to create a relaxed dining experience as close as it gets to a busy, buzzy Bangkok café. Co-Founder Saiphin Moore grew up on a mountain farm in Khao Kho, northern Thailand where she learned to cook with ingredients that were brought straight from the field to wok. After moving to London the first Rosa’s Thai opened in 2008 in Hanbury Street London.
Thomas Rose, Co-founder at P-THREE, commented: “We have partnered with Rosa’s Thai for four years, working hand-in-hand with them to create and execute their expansion strategy and we are delighted that we have now launched the brand into Scotland, which we see as a critical market for growth. Coming hot on the heels of other recent acquisitions in London, Bath, Leamington Spa and Reading we are looking forward to more outstanding locations for this extremely-popular brand.”
Steve Seager, Property Director at Rosa’s Thai, said: “Scotland has been a long-term target for us and we are so happy to launch with two prime sites in the two key cities. Both restaurants will be situated in beautiful heritage buildings which helps reflect the authenticity of the Rosa’s brand. We are looking for more locations across the UK in prime locations and characteristics which meet our strict criteria for openings and we are excited to be working with P-THREE to help deliver this growth.”
