Lindt To Open Westfield Stratford Store

Lindt & Sprüngli will open a new Chocolate Shop at Westfield Stratford on 20 March 2026, marking one year since the launch of its Flagship Piccadilly store.

The Swiss chocolate manufacturer is continuing its London expansion with a 1,800 sq ft boutique within one of the UK’s largest urban shopping centres. The opening will bring the brand’s estate to 28 Lindt Chocolate Shops nationwide.

Store Concept

The Westfield Stratford store will feature Lindt’s Pick & Mix offer, comprising 35 chocolate varieties spanning core lines and in-store exclusives including Choco Wafer, Popcorn, Cherry Blossom, Marc du Champagne, Stracciatella and Giandujotto.

A Lindt Chocolate Bar will prepare products on site, serving Lindt CREMA GELATA ice cream, hot chocolate specialities and shakes made using Lindt chocolate. The store will also include a dedicated gifting area, with a curated range of products supported by custom gift tags and bespoke ribbons provided by an in-store concierge team.

Customers will be able to join the MyLindt Rewards programme free of charge, receiving access to rewards and special offers in store and online, including 10% off a first purchase.

Opening Activity

The launch coincides with the Easter trading period. Seasonal lines include the Lindt GOLD BUNNY Tin, which can be personalised with Pick & Mix selections, and a 1kg GOLD BUNNY. Additional varieties include Crispy Biscuit, Strawberry & Cream and Salted Caramel, alongside Milk, White and Dark options.

To mark the opening, LINDOR samples will be distributed to visitors. The first 250 customers spending a minimum of £15 will receive a goodie bag containing Lindt products.

The store will open from 10am on Friday 20 March 2026.
