The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie is set to officially open its doors on 29th October, bringing a new level of elegance to Canterbury’s dining scene. Located on the corner of The Parade and Rose Lane, the brasserie offers a luxurious yet welcoming experience, featuring seating for 180 guests, a chic bar, an outdoor terrace, and a private dining room. Reflecting The Ivy’s signature style, the space combines intricate décor and warm ambience, designed to make every visit a memorable one.
The restaurant’s interior exudes sophistication, with natural tones, brass accents, and custom furnishings that complement the brasserie’s blend of classic and contemporary elements. For gatherings of all kinds, from casual lunches to special occasions, the space is set to provide an inviting setting for both locals and visitors to Canterbury.
At the heart of The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie’s offerings is a menu that balances The Ivy’s timeless favourites with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Diners can expect a diverse selection of dishes that cater to a range of tastes, showcasing the brand’s dedication to quality and flavour. The bar will feature an assortment of wines, including The Ivy Cuvée, as well as a creative cocktail menu designed to pair with the brasserie’s culinary offerings.

The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie is part of The Ivy Collection’s continued growth and will become the group’s 41st location, creating 140 new jobs in the area.
