At eight of the restaurants, guests will be greeted by entrance installations inspired by a bamboo forest, featuring sculptural panda characters, lacquered gifting and a bamboo-led festive frame, in keeping with the brand’s taste for theatre.

“The festive season is all about bringing people together, and we’ve created this year’s menus with exactly that in mind. From comforting, aromatic dishes to more indulgent sharing plates, we wanted every celebration to feel like a real occasion. There’s something particularly special about seeing friends and families gather around the table at Christmas, and we’re looking forward to adding a little of The Ivy Asia’s signature theatre and excitement to those moments.”

Simon Gregory, Executive Chef, The Ivy Asia
