See all events →Digbeth Dining Club’s festival of barbecue and open-fire cooking returns for two days at Tudor Grange Park in Solihull, with 15 specialist food traders celebrating barbecue traditions from around the world, from Argentinian asado, Mexican barbacoa and Caribbean jerk to American BBQ, Indian tandoor, Greek souvlaki, German grillen and gridiron cooking.
Each trader will serve £5 tasting dishes alongside full-sized portions. Demonstration stages will host chefs and barbecue specialists cooking over fire, and live bands and DJs will play throughout the weekend, with an independent traders’ market and bars featuring local breweries. The full line-up of traders, guest chefs and performers will be announced in the coming months.
