Warner Hotels has partnered with British skincare brand Medik8 to launch the first permanent Medik8 experiences in the spas of Reserve by Warner Hotels, its recently launched adults-only collection of The Runnymede on Thames in Windsor, Heythrop Park in the Cotswolds and Thoresby Hall in Nottinghamshire.

Reserve by Warner Hotels is Medik8’s first hotel group partner, and one of a limited number of UK hotel spas to carry the brand. The skincare treatments will sit alongside those of Warner’s existing spa partner, Temple Spa.

“Life moves quickly and, without taking the time to stop and look around once in a while, it can be easy to miss it. That is precisely why a break at a Reserve by Warner Hotels property is designed to help guests pause, reset and feel reinvigorated at every touchpoint. We are so excited to take our spa experiences to a whole new level, thanks to our brilliant new partners at Medik8. Their deeply personalised, expert treatments bring exactly the kind of thoughtful, human touch that guests can relax into during a break with us.”

The treatments are designed as personalised, expert-led skin lab experiences. Each begins with a Medik8 skin analysis, the results of which are used to tailor the treatment to the guest’s specific concerns, with the aim of visible results from the first session.

Two facials lead the new spa menu. The Crystal Retinal Age Defying Facial, a 60-minute treatment at an introductory price of £99, pairs Medik8’s Crystal Retinal with the brand’s signature sculpting massage to help smooth, firm and brighten the complexion. The Expert Facial, at introductory prices of £60 for 30 minutes or £93 for 60 minutes, is tailored by a Medik8 professional to nourish the skin, improve clarity and even out the complexion, and finishes with a massage.

The treatments are offered in Reserve’s newly modernised spa spaces, part of a collection that Warner positions around exclusive experiences, curated dining, residencies and headline entertainment.

The Medik8 treatments are available to book now for non-resident day spa guests as part of The Medik8 Skin Reset half-day experience, and for overnight guests, who can choose a Skin Lab experience with the spa team when they book. Dedicated overnight wellness and spa packages will follow over the coming months.

“Working with the Reserve By Warner Hotels collection is a fantastic opportunity for the Medik8 brand. We know hotel guests are increasingly demanding more than just relaxation from their spa breaks – they also want visible transformations! By taking residency inside Warners’ prestigious Reserve locations, we’re excited to connect directly with our many skincare fans, who will be delighted at the unique and highly personalised experiences we’ve curated with the incredible Warner Hotels spa teams.”

Imogen Vaz, UK Head of Marketing & PR, Medik8

For Warner Hotels, which specialises in short breaks exclusively for adults, the partnership is part of a wider push to raise the spa offer at its Reserve properties for an increasingly experience-led audience, while Medik8 gains a permanent presence in hotel spas for its clinical, age-defying skincare.
