Daniele Liberati has been appointed Head of Bars at Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch ahead of the hotel’s anticipated opening later this autumn.

Liberati brings more than two decades of international experience across luxury hotels, award-winning bars and global spirits brands. In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s collection of bars and drinking destinations, including Café Boulud with its rooftop terrace, Whiskey & Seaweed in partnership with Clare Smyth, and a signature cocktail bar, with further details to be announced.

He will work alongside Food & Beverage Director Dimi Leivadas to develop the hotel’s drinks programme, supporting its wider culinary offer and positioning the property as a food, drink and social destination for Londoners and visitors.

Liberati has previously held senior roles in London, including Head of Bar Operations at The London EDITION and Beverage Manager at Caprice Holdings. Most recently, he led international brand development for premium spirits brand Samaroli, supporting growth across global markets.
