Shelley Sandzer, a specialist leisure and F&B property agency, has successfully secured two prominent food and beverage brands, Wingstop UK and Heavenly Desserts, for new adjacent units on New Broadway in Ealing. Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Shelley Sandzer has demonstrated its expertise in pairing leading brands with prime locations, bringing a complementary culinary offer to the area.

Wingstop UK, which operates nearly 50 sites across the country, will occupy a 2,750 sq ft unit, bringing its renowned menu of wings, tenders, burgers, and sides to Ealing. Known for its distinctive hand-sauced-and-tossed dishes available in ten unique flavours, Wingstop UK has experienced significant growth since its UK launch in 2018. The new Ealing location will further expand its London footprint, offering a quick service dining option that has rapidly gained popularity.

Adjacent to Wingstop UK, Heavenly Desserts will open in a 1,800 sq ft unit, delivering its signature dessert experiences to Ealing. Dedicated to creating site-specific designs influenced by local culture, Heavenly Desserts aims to provide a memorable dining experience that complements the existing local offerings. The addition of this dessert restaurant will enhance Ealing’s day-to-night culinary landscape, providing a sweet contrast to Wingstop UK’s savoury delights.

Tom Grogan, Co-Founder of Lemon Pepper Holdings, master franchisee of Wingstop UK, expressed enthusiasm about the new location: “We are thrilled to be opening in Ealing, bringing our popular menu and flavours to a new audience. We’ve experienced staggering growth over the last year as we continue to roll out our biggest opening pipeline, and Ealing will be a great addition to our portfolio of sites; a local high street with a strong catchment of opportunity.”

Nick Weir, Joint Managing Partner at Shelley Sandzer, highlighted the significance of securing these brands for New Broadway, stating, “To be able to bring not one, but two great F&B brands to New Broadway is a testament to our dedication to securing the very best concepts and locations for landlords, tenants, and the community. Positioned near a key transport hub, Wingstop UK and Heavenly Desserts will deliver a solid day and night offer, increasing New Broadway’s versatility, and reinforces our expertise in the industry; pairing top-notch concepts with great locations.”

This deal is part of a broader trend for Shelley Sandzer, which has facilitated a series of high-profile openings in recent months. Notable examples include securing Alley Cats, a New York-style pizzeria, its second London site on Sloane Stanley’s King’s Road, as well as Daisy Green’s new restaurant in Holland Park, and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen in Lendlease’s Stratford Cross.

Shelley Sandzer acted on behalf of the landlord in securing these tenancies. Mark Segal of Brasier Freeth represented Wingstop UK, while Will Nelson of McKinnon Nelson acted on behalf of Heavenly Desserts.
