Sloane Stanley has heralded a new era in London’s fitness scene with the inauguration of Ultimate Performance, the globally renowned personal training enterprise, at 293 Fulham Road. Occupying a sprawling 5,095 square feet, the London flagship facility adds a fresh dimension to the already diverse Fulham Road community.
The gym is designed across three levels. The basement is dedicated to cardio workouts, the ground floor serves as the reception area, and the upper level houses a spacious gym floor. The gym is equipped with custom-made Watson Pro dumbbells and Atlantis machines, along with changing rooms and consultation suites. This new establishment is a pivotal move in Ultimate Performance’s growth strategy, aiming to bring its unparalleled body and fitness transformation services to a broader clientele in one of London’s most esteemed locales.
Nick Mitchell, CEO and Founder of Ultimate Performance, shared his thoughts on the launch: “Fulham Road is such a prime neighbourhood and to be able to launch our new flagship gym is very special to me. I have a real affinity with London because it is where I opened my first gym and where I worked for many years. It’s U.P.’s spiritual home. We already have five very successful London gyms, and we know this area better than anyone. We know what makes our clientele tick. We know they are busy people, pushed for time, who want maximum return on their investment as quickly as possible. We’re really excited to have this flagship gym location located here, and continue to build our brand in an established part of the capital.”
Hannah Grievson, Property Director at Sloane Stanley, also weighed in: “We are always evaluating ways that we can evolve and diversify our retail portfolio across the Estate. We have a mix of creative and design-led brands which all offer something unique across the King’s Road and Fulham Road. We are very pleased to be tapping into the health and wellness market with the arrival of Ultimate Performance and especially thrilled to house the brand’s largest central London location, enabling the brand to deliver a vastly superior experience for residents and visitors alike.”
This development comes on the heels of other recent announcements from Sloane Stanley, including the return of Birdie Fortescue to the Estate after a successful pop-up stint last year. Additionally, a new flagship store for luxury childrenswear brand Il Porticciolo has also been inaugurated, both situated on the bustling King’s Road.
