Boutique hotel group The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts has been recognised once again in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards 2025, with three of its properties receiving accolades for guest satisfaction. The Toren, Amsterdam by The Pavilions has secured a coveted ‘Best of the Best’ award for the fourth year running, while The Pavilions Bali and The First Arte, Rome by The Pavilions were rated among the top 10% of listings globally.
The ‘Best of the Best’ accolade is the highest honour awarded by Tripadvisor, determined from a full year of reviews, opinions and ratings from travellers around the world. It places The Toren within the top one per cent of all global listings, based on consistent, positive feedback.

Housed in two 17th-century canal-side buildings in Amsterdam’s Jordaan district, The Toren combines heritage architecture with bold interiors. Highlights include a Rembrandt-inspired ceiling mural above its lounge bar, created by students from Leiden University—alma mater of the Dutch master himself.
In Bali, The Pavilions’ 28-villa retreat near Sanur offers guests privacy and immersion in Balinese culture, with architecture that reflects Hindu traditions and lush surroundings centred around an historic Kul Kul tower.

Meanwhile, The First Arte in Rome has recently undergone an extensive renovation, adding 200 contemporary artworks across its 29 rooms and shared spaces. The redesign blends modern elegance with the property’s original aim: to offer hospitality that mirrors the city’s artistic heritage, supported by refined service and cuisine.

The awards reinforce The Pavilions’ focus on experiential stays across key destinations, with each hotel combining local culture, design, and service for a distinctive guest journey.
