Destino Five Ibiza will reopen for the 2025 season on Thursday 19 June with a headline launch party featuring Marco Carola and CamelPhat. The event will mark the beginning of a new chapter for the iconic venue, now elevated to five-star status and operating with a renewed commitment to sustainability.
Set above Talamanca on the cliffs of Cap Martinet, with panoramic views over Ibiza Town and Formentera, Destino Five Ibiza is one of the island’s few open-air venues. Known for its intimate setting and high-spec production, it returns with a completely refurbished look, redefined guest experience, and a season-long Music On residency led by Carola.
CamelPhat joins Carola for the opening night, combining the Italian techno stalwart’s signature sound with the Grammy-nominated UK duo’s atmospheric house style. The Music On series will continue throughout the summer, running on 26 June; 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 July; 7, 14, 21 August; and 4 September, promising international line-ups and a high-energy soundtrack in one of Ibiza’s most atmospheric outdoor spaces.
The relaunch follows an extensive transformation of both the hotel’s interior and exterior. Rooms, suites, and villas have been redesigned with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic, while public areas, dining, and leisure facilities have all been reimagined to deliver a luxury hospitality experience rooted in inclusivity, connection, and celebration—values long held by The Pacha Group.
In parallel with its visual upgrade, Destino Five Ibiza has made major strides in environmental performance. It now runs entirely on 100% green power and reduced its water usage by 24% during the 2024 season. These actions support The Pacha Group’s broader sustainability targets, which include a 34% overall reduction in carbon footprint. Sourcing also plays a key role, with 39% of produce coming from Ibiza and 86% from within Spain.
Destino Five Ibiza is now registered with the US Green Building Council and is targeting LEED Gold or higher certification. The Pacha Group also continues to invest in the social and cultural fabric of Ibiza through ongoing support of local arts, sports, and environmental programmes, ensuring that sustainability and community remain central to the brand’s evolution.
