Miiro has launched its first UK hotel with the opening of Templeton Garden in London’s Earl’s Court. The 156-room property is the latest addition to the lifestyle hotel brand’s European portfolio, following previous openings in Paris, Barcelona, and Gstaad.
Located at Templeton Place, the new hotel is set within one of west London’s most historically creative districts. It blends modern design with references to the area’s green heritage, featuring a central garden that acts as the heart of the property. Several rooms and suites overlook the garden, while some offer private green spaces or direct access to it.

Designed in collaboration with British creatives including Thurstan, Holland & Harvey, Cox London, Tess Newall, and Art Story, the interiors combine muted palettes with handmade features. A custom chandelier of illuminated oak branches by Cox London and a hand-painted garden-inspired mural by Tess Newall form standout elements. Art Story has curated a site-specific collection celebrating local artistic talent.

The hotel houses a range of guest facilities, including the Library, featuring works by notable British authors, and the Refresh Room, which provides showers, changing space and luggage storage for guests arriving early or departing late. A 24-hour gym offers high-spec fitness equipment and a dedicated stretching zone.

Dining is central to the Templeton Garden experience. Sprout, the hotel’s bar led by Bar Director Will Meredith, presents a ‘Keystone Cocktail’ concept where each drink centres on a defining element, such as colour or key ingredient. Inspired by British seasons, the menu features ingredients from local suppliers and herbs grown on-site. Sprout’s terrace provides outdoor seating during the summer months.

The hotel’s restaurant, Pippin’s, is overseen by Head Chef Liam Fauchard-Newman. With 62 covers and an open kitchen, Pippin’s offers modern British dishes that incorporate local produce and ingredients foraged from the garden. The menu references classic flavour pairings such as rhubarb and custard and chicken and chips.

Rounding out the food offering is Pip’s, a street-facing café-deli open to both hotel guests and the local community. The café serves coffee, fresh pastries, and seasonal meals throughout the day, catering to quick visits and casual dining.

Neena Gupta, CEO of Miiro and Executive Director of Group Strategy and International Hospitality at InterGlobe Enterprises, commented: “We are delighted to celebrate the opening of Templeton Garden, the latest addition to Miiro’s growing collection of characterful boutique hotels across Europe. It beautifully embodies our promise to deliver Brilliantly Considered stays that connect guests with the local community.”
General Manager Nicola James added: “This hotel has the potential to capture hearts and become a neighbourhood gem, and I am honoured to have been on this journey from the very beginning and now can’t wait to open the doors and see the future unfold.”

Templeton Garden’s opening marks a key milestone for Miiro as it continues to grow its footprint in character-led neighbourhoods across Europe, with additional properties expected in 2025 and beyond.
