The Polo Club Hotel is now open within the grounds of the Dallas Burston Polo Club in Southam, introducing a new standard of luxury hospitality to Warwickshire. The 41-room property sits beside the 3,000-capacity IXL Events Centre and has been purpose-built to complement the club’s diverse programme of sporting fixtures, weddings, and business events, offering guests a seamless transition from occasion to overnight stay.

Set against a backdrop of expansive countryside, the hotel features a range of accommodation options, with the Empress Suite serving as the centrepiece. This suite blends regal style with contemporary design, showcasing rich blue and gold interiors, polished furnishings, and a distinctive gold headboard. The suite’s wraparound balcony overlooks the surrounding polo fields, reinforcing the property’s connection to its equestrian setting.

Additional room categories—including Deluxe, Premium and Cosy—carry through the same attention to detail, with plush velvets, refined patterns and scenic views that uphold a consistent standard of comfort and style.
At the heart of the property, Caesar’s Lounge offers a versatile social space, serving light refreshments by day and transforming into a cocktail venue by night. Guests also have access to a fully equipped gym and several flexible meeting rooms suited to both private and business use.

Beyond the hotel itself, guests can make use of four professional polo pitches and an equestrian arena, along with the on-site Millstone Hare gastropub, which sits within walking distance and complements the hotel’s offering with relaxed dining options.

Speaking at the launch, Devin Grosse, CEO of Focus Hotels Management, said: “We are thrilled to launch Polo Club Hotel, a destination that blends elegance, quality, and exceptional service. This hotel represents our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality, and we look forward to welcoming guests for both leisure and event stays in this stunning location.”

Major Richard Carney MBE, COO of Dallas Burston Polo Club, added: “The addition of Polo Club Hotel ensures that our guests can fully immerse themselves in everything our venue has to offer – whether it’s a thrilling day of polo, an elegant wedding, or a corporate event at IXL. It’s a natural evolution for the club, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests.”
