Omicron Hotel Group will host a summer-long series of Michelin Star chef collaborations across its two luxury properties in Crete, Acro Suites and Seaside, A Lifestyle Resort. From June to September, the group will welcome a lineup of internationally recognised chefs to lead curated events under the banner of ‘The Four Hands Menu’, spotlighting a fusion of global culinary styles and local Cretan ingredients.
Chefs Yannis Rokanas of Acro Suites and Μanolis Κastanakis of Seaside will partner with six acclaimed names in fine dining: Thierry Mechinaud, Nicky Arentsen, Christian Sturm-Willms, Gerardo Metta, Federico Campolattano, and Koosh Kothari. Each chef will spend two days in residence, working across Cremnos Restaurant at Acro Suites and Oceano and UMI at Seaside.

Among the line-up, Christian Sturm-Willms will bring his Japanese-European fusion from Bonn’s Michelin-starred Yunico to Crete in July. Italian chef Gerardo Metta, known for his work at Sea Grill and Da Mimmo, follows later that month. Others include Denmark’s Nicky Arentsen, recognised for minimalist elegance; Federico Campolattano, celebrated for refined Italian dishes; and Koosh Kothari, blending Peruvian and Indian influences.
Events are scheduled throughout the summer:
- Nicky Arentsen: 9–10 June
- Christian Sturm-Willms: 7–8 July
- Gerardo Metta: 18–19 July
- Federico Campolattano: 8–9 August
- Thierry Mechinaud: 18–19 August
- Koosh Kothari: 5–6 September
Each dinner will feature a bespoke tasting menu showcasing the visiting chef’s culinary identity, paired with Cretan produce and techniques rooted in the region’s food traditions. Guests can expect a dynamic, collaborative approach to flavour across both resorts, designed to elevate seasonal dining experiences.
