The Beaumont Mayfair has announced the appointment of Lisa Goodwin-Allen as its new Culinary Director, joining Chief Executive Officer Stuart Procter and Executive Chef Brendan Fyldes to shape the food direction across the luxury hotel. The announcement arrives ahead of the opening of ROSI, a new flagship restaurant scheduled for launch this autumn.
The appointment marks a reunion for Goodwin-Allen, Procter and Fyldes, all of whom share professional roots in Lancashire. Their careers have intersected previously at respected venues such as Northcote and The Stafford London, building a longstanding professional rapport now continuing at The Beaumont.

Commenting on the appointment, Stuart Procter, CEO of The Beaumont Mayfair, said:
“We are thrilled to have Lisa joining us at The Beaumont. She is an exceptional chef and having known and worked with her for many years, I have no doubt that her passion and expertise will elevate our food offering to even higher standards. Lisa is joining the team at a very exciting time. Working alongside Brendan Fyldes, she will play an integral role in the launch of our new restaurant, as well as other exciting projects we have coming up.”
Lisa Goodwin-Allen brings over two decades of culinary experience to the role, having held a Michelin Star at Northcote in Lancashire for the past 23 years. Alongside her restaurant work, she has led the Obsession Food Festival, gaining recognition for her focus on seasonal British ingredients and the development of innovative menus.
Beyond the kitchen, Goodwin-Allen is active in supporting the wider hospitality industry. Her contributions include work with Hospitality Action, mentoring upcoming chefs, and serving as Chair of Judges for the Craft Guild of Chefs Young National Chef of the Year competition.
She is also a regular presence on British television, appearing on programmes such as James Martin’s Saturday Morning, MasterChef, and Great British Menu, further raising her profile in the industry.
On her new position, Goodwin-Allen said:
“I am delighted to be joining the team at The Beaumont Mayfair and to be working with Stuart again in this next chapter of my career. With the launch of ROSI in the autumn and other exciting projects in the pipeline, I look forward to working with Brendan and the kitchen brigade to create menus that embrace seasonality and showcase the very best British ingredients, as well as collaborating on the overall F&B direction of the hotel. Together, I know we will deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.”
ROSI, The Beaumont’s forthcoming restaurant, is expected to emphasise seasonal cooking and British produce, aligning with Goodwin-Allen’s culinary ethos. The restaurant will be the cornerstone of a broader refresh to the hotel’s food and beverage offering.
With her track record of culinary leadership and advocacy, Goodwin-Allen is positioned to guide the hotel’s culinary evolution alongside Procter and Fyldes, further reinforcing The Beaumont Mayfair’s position within London’s competitive hospitality market.
