The Manor House, located within the historic Castle Combe in Wiltshire, is pleased to share that Bybrook has been awarded 4 AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence.
Bybrook is a fine dining restaurant serving a choice of inventive menus designed by Executive Chef, Robert Potter. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2017, Bybrook has now been recognised for such excellence it has been awarded four AA Rosettes. Renowned for his seasonal and creative cooking, using the finest local ingredients available to drive flavour and texture, Potter is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and talented chefs of his generation.
The AA Rosette award, first awarded in 1956, was the first nationwide scheme for assessing the quality of food served by restaurants and hotels. The team of inspectors have an unrivalled wealth of experience in assessing quality throughout the UK so receiving an award is a huge achievement.
