BAM Karaoke Box, known for its innovation in premium luxury karaoke, has announced the addition of Chef Sabrina Gidda as the new Consultant Culinary Director. This strategic appointment marks a significant step forward in enhancing the gastronomic offerings at their eagerly awaited UK debut in London this Spring.
Slated to be Europe’s largest karaoke venue, BAM Karaoke Box is preparing to transform London’s entertainment landscape. With 22 private karaoke rooms, the BAM BAM bar, an outdoor terrace, and a stage for live music and DJ performances, the venue promises an unparalleled experience for its guests.
Chef Gidda, renowned for her expertise in modern European cuisine with a distinct French influence, is set to lead the menu development at BAM. Her approach will mirror London’s dynamic spirit, offering guests an eclectic mix of dishes that blend bold flavours with Parisian elegance.
The culinary offerings, available in both the BAM BAM Bar and the private rooms, will feature a selection of small plates designed to cater to diverse tastes. Signature dishes under Gidda’s direction will include Devilled Eggs Gribiche with crispy parsley, Steak Tartare croustade with dijonnaise, and Maldon Cure Salmon Rilettes with pickled cucumbers & crostini. For those seeking something more substantial, a range of flatbreads and a standout Exmoor Caviar with smoked salmon and creme fraiche will be on offer.
Adding a playful twist to traditional favourites, the menu will also present items like BAM Fried Chicken with hot honey mustard, Mini Croque Monsieurs, Smoked Tomato Croquettes, and a Merguez Sausage Hot Dog with yogurt aioli and herbs. The selection aims to cater to the modern palate while retaining a sense of whimsical charm.
The drink menu at BAM Karaoke Box will be just as diverse, featuring an array of cocktails, craft beers, wines, and champagnes. For those looking for a shared experience, punchbowls will be available, making it the perfect spot for unwinding after a performance or a long day.
