Revolution Bars Group has unveiled its latest culinary venture, Savage Eats, at its Sheffield city centre location. This new burger concept brings an exciting, bold twist to the smash burger trend, combining relaxed pop-up vibes with a standout menu. The Sheffield launch is just the beginning, with Revolution planning to roll out Savage Eats across other UK branches in the near future.

Described as ‘smash burgers with bite’, Savage Eats features over ten burger options, crafted to offer a perfect balance of flavours and textures. The signature smash patties, made from a mix of flank, chuck, and beef brisket, promise a juicy, flavour-packed bite with every burger.

Headlining the menu is The OG, a classic combination of smash patties with Monterey Jack and American cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles, and a house burger sauce. For those seeking spice, the Hell Fire burger offers a fiery kick, featuring double jalapeño smash patties, Mexicana hot cheese, chipotle cheese sauce, habanero mayo, and a trio of chillies.

For BBQ lovers, the Smokin’ BBQ Bun features a smash patty layered with smoky pancetta, tangy BBQ sauce, pulled pork, fiery chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese, and homemade pork scratchings for added crunch.

Chicken and fish options include the Seoul Destroyer, a buttermilk fried chicken burger topped with Gochujang honey, kimchi slaw, and crispy kale, while the Chippy Tea burger gives a nostalgic nod with beer-battered fish, mushy peas, lettuce, pickles, and tartare sauce.

To complement these indulgent burgers, Savage Eats offers a range of sides such as fries, tater tots, onion rings, corn ribs, and frickles. Diners can also enjoy award-winning doughnuts from Planet Doughnut and shakes in flavours like Biscoff, Oreo, and White Chocolate.

Inclusivity is central to the Savage Eats concept, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Families are also catered for with a children’s menu priced at £7.50, making Revolution Sheffield an ideal daytime destination for families as well as late-night diners.

Elvij Susts, General Manager of Revolution Bars Group PLC, expressed excitement about the launch: “We are delighted to be launching Savage Eats at Revolution Sheffield. Revolution is renowned as a fun cocktail bar, but collaborations like Savage Eats are really flipping the script on our food and drink offering. It brings together our passion for creative dining and our commitment to creating fun, memorable experiences for guests. So whether you’re popping in for some lunch with the family, having dinner with friends, or looking to party the night away, you can do it all at Revolution.”

The launch of Savage Eats is part of Revolution’s ongoing efforts to enhance its food and drink offering, with plans to introduce the concept at more locations across the UK.

Alongside the new burger menu, Revolution Sheffield is also transforming its hidden bar on the first floor into The Playhouse, a retro competitive-socialising space. This new area will feature games like Dance Battle Machine, Critter Racing, Gopher Golf, Sonic Battle, Air Hockey, and Bubble Hockey, offering an additional layer of entertainment to the venue’s vibrant atmosphere.
