The esteemed Bluestone National Park Resort recently unveiled its £24 million development project’s crown jewel: 80 lavish Platinum lodges. Set amidst the stunning natural tapestry of Pembrokeshire, these new accommodations mark a zenith in the resort’s luxury offerings.
These Platinum lodges, resplendent with sunrooms and private entrances, are enveloped in captivating scenery and come equipped with cosy ‘cwtch’ rooms. Offering 20% more space, they epitomize comfort and grandeur, thereby transforming the very idea of a domestic getaway into a refined experience of indulgence.
Nestled in the heart of 500 acres of Pembrokeshire’s National Park, Bluestone’s magnificent resort is home to more than 400 lodges. With its expansive range of activities, visitors are spoiled for choice, from kayaking across the resort’s tranquil lake to unwinding at their exclusive spa.
The Platinum lodges have been thoughtfully designed to cater to varying needs, and each comes with a complimentary electric buggy, ensuring guests navigate the resort with effortless elegance.
Additional amenities of the lodges include designated outdoor areas and ‘cwtch’ rooms for nurturing quality time with loved ones, all set within idyllic surroundings. The Platinum lodges project has sustained around 250 jobs during construction and anticipates adding a further 100 operational roles now that it’s open to guests.
Marten Lewis, Bluestone’s Director of Sustainability, emphasised their ‘Free Range Future’ mission in the construction of these lodges. “We are committed to ensuring our initiatives are both beneficial to the local community and respectful of the environment,” Lewis remarked. The Platinum lodges exemplify this vision, having been built upon the principles of biophilic design, seamlessly integrating nature with modern elegance.
