For the first time in the UK and Europe, Minecraft fans will have the opportunity to step inside a real-world immersive adventure with Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue. Created by Experience MOD in collaboration with Mojang Studios, this interactive event opens on 4th April 2025 at Corner Corner, London’s newest multi-use venue in Canada Water. Just a short journey from central London via the Jubilee line, the experience welcomes longtime Minecrafters, new players, and families to embark on a unique interactive quest.

A hands-on adventure through the Minecraft universe

The 45-minute adventure takes visitors through seven specially designed Minecraft rooms, where they must work together to save a village under siege from a zombie attack. Armed with a handheld Orb of Interaction, players will navigate Minecraft biomes, gathering essential resources to craft a life-saving potion before time runs out.

Inspired by the best-selling game of all time, with over 300 million copies sold, the experience brings iconic locations and mobs to life. Visitors will encounter friendly pandas and dolphins, while also coming face-to-face with skeletons, spiders, and creepers. Once they complete their mission, guests can visit the Minecraft Experience Trading Post to pick up a themed memento from their adventure.

Expanding the Minecraft universe beyond the screen

Following a successful debut in Dallas, Texas, the immersive experience is making its way to London as the next stop on its international tour. Kayleen Walters, head of franchise development at Mojang Studios, expressed excitement for the launch, stating, “After a successful debut in Dallas, TX this past autumn, we’re excited to bring our first-ever immersive touring Minecraft Experience to its next stop in London! We are thrilled to offer players and fans new ways to engage with the Minecraft brand starting this April. Finding ways for our community to express their love for Minecraft both in-game and out is always top of mind for us, and we can’t wait for more of our global community to attend the Minecraft Experience.”

The event has been designed to be accessible to players and non-players alike, making it an ideal day out for families, parents, children, and friends. Whether visitors are seasoned Minecraft veterans or completely new to the game, the experience offers a nostalgic and interactive way to connect with the world of Minecraft.

A collaboration between gaming and live entertainment experts

The creative and producing team at Supply + Demand, led by founder and CEO Olivier Goulet, has worked closely with Mojang Studios and Microsoft to bring this interactive adventure to life. Known for their work on Cirque du Soleil, Universal Studios, Warner Bros., and live productions for Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake, the team has combined game design, experiential storytelling, and high-tech multimedia to create an entirely new form of immersive entertainment.

Goulet highlighted the innovation behind the event, stating, “Minecraft Experience is an adventure unlike anything we have ever created. The collaboration between our creative and producing team and the teams at Mojang and Microsoft has created an entirely new form of in-person experience at the crossroads of game design, experiential storytelling, and high-tech multimedia.”
