DESCRIPTION:Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) returns to ExCeL London from 5 to 7 April 2027 as part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week. It is the trade show for chefs, hoteliers, restaurant owners, caterers and buyers, and it shares the week with IFE, The Pub Show, Hospitality Tech360, the Speciality & Fine Food Fair and International Salon Culinaire, the culinary competition.
Suppliers show everything from kitchen equipment and tableware to food, drink and technology, and there is a seminar programme with speakers from across the industry. The 2027 ambassadors include Richard Richardson of the Institute of Hospitality and Mark Reynolds of the Craft Guild of Chefs.
For HAL readers, HRC is a good look at how restaurant and hotel kitchens are changing. The show is open to hospitality and foodservice professionals only. It runs from 10am to 5pm on 5 and 6 April and closes at 4pm on 7 April.
