DESCRIPTION:BCB London, the London edition of the Bar Convent Berlin trade fair, returns for its third year on 10 and 11 May 2027. The venue has not yet been confirmed; the 2026 show was held at Tobacco Dock in Wapping.
It is for bartenders, bar owners, drinks buyers and others working in the bar trade. In 2026 it brought together more than 100 exhibitors from 20 countries, with a bartending area run with the World Flair Association, a pouring contest judged on speed and accuracy, and an education programme with Park Street University covering seasonality, sustainability, and low- and no-alcohol drinks.
For HAL readers, it is a good guide to what will be on cocktail menus in the year ahead. The organiser, RX Germany, reported 3,237 visitors at the 2026 show.
